For a long time, we provided assistance, particularly legal aid, to people affected by the war. The desire to combine our efforts with other caring people, organizations, and enterprises prompted us to create the foundation to help even more individuals who have lost loved ones, homes, or were forced to leave their native land.
We aimed not only for humanitarian support but also to financially secure the work of volunteer lawyers. With the increase in the scale of aid, a need for a systematic approach arose. Therefore, we registered a charitable foundation to attract more resources, expand the partner network, and increase the efficiency of our projects.
Targeted donations are used exclusively in accordance with the procedure established by the state, provided for by Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine "On Charitable Activities and Charitable Organizations," and are directed only towards the realization of goals provided for by the Foundation's Statute.
Our foundation is officially registered, and its Statute is publicly available on the website.
We publish financial reports monthly, and the aggregated structure of income and expenses is publicly available for review (Statute, clause 6.3).
Upon a benefactor's request, detailed information regarding the targeted use of their contribution is provided (Statute, clause 6.2).
Reporting on the use of funds is regularly posted on our website. regarding each contribution, information on the expenditure of funds and other material assets is provided upon request with confirmation by financial and accounting documents.
This information can be obtained online 24/7. In addition, we undertake to provide the benefactor with the relevant tax reporting.

Simple correspondence with an affected person gives them hope that the world is not without good people. You can also provide temporary shelter if you have spare housing in a village, city, or community.
